Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior UX Researcher to join our remote Product Experience team. This role is critical in shaping user-centered digital products by leading end-to-end research initiatives that drive product innovation, usability, and customer satisfaction. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to uncover deep user insights and translate them into actionable product strategies.
You will be responsible for defining research frameworks, mentoring junior researchers, and embedding a strong research culture across the organization. Lead and manage qualitative and quantitative UX research across multiple product lines.
Design and execute research studies including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, A/B testing, and field research.
Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Partner with product managers and designers to influence product roadmaps and design decisions.
Build user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.
Advocate for user needs and ensure usability and accessibility standards are met.
Establish and improve research methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Mentor junior UX researchers and contribute to building a research-driven culture.
Present research outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong expertise in UX research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Maze, or similar platforms.
Experience conducting usability testing for web and mobile applications.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
5+ years of professional experience in UX research or user research roles.
Proven experience working in digital product teams (SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or enterprise platforms preferred).
Experience leading complex research projects independently.
Background in psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI), design, or a related field is highly desirable.
Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
Must be available for collaboration across global time zones.
Standard workload: 40 hours per week.
