Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy Remote Community Manager – Gaming & Web3 Support to build, grow, and manage our global online communities across gaming and Web3 platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about gaming ecosystems, blockchain-based communities, NFTs, DAOs, and decentralized platforms, and who thrives in fast-paced digital environments.

As a Community Manager, you will be the voice of the brand within the community and the voice of the community within the company. You will play a critical role in fostering engagement, trust, and loyalty by creating meaningful interactions, moderating discussions, and ensuring a positive community experience across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and in-game channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and scale online communities across gaming and Web3 platforms.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and community members.

  • Moderate community channels to ensure respectful, safe, and inclusive discussions.

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies, events, AMAs, contests, and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to communicate updates, releases, and announcements.

  • Monitor community sentiment, feedback, and trends, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.

  • Handle community support inquiries and escalate technical or critical issues when necessary.

  • Create and manage content such as FAQs, guides, onboarding materials, and announcements.

  • Track KPIs related to community growth, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Represent the brand professionally across public forums, social platforms, and digital events.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Proven experience managing online communities (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, social media).

  • Solid understanding of gaming culture, Web3, blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, and DAOs.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse global audiences.

  • Strong conflict resolution and moderation capabilities.

  • Familiarity with community management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Ability to create engaging content and manage digital campaigns.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed environment.


Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital engagement roles.

  • Prior experience in gaming, esports, blockchain, crypto, or Web3 projects is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with global or decentralized teams is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours.

  • Availability to support global communities across multiple time zones may be required.

  • Occasional evening or weekend availability for community events, launches, or live sessions.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of gaming communities and digital ecosystems.

  • Understanding of Web3 platforms, crypto wallets, tokens, and decentralized communities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and trends.

  • Ability to manage high volumes of interactions while maintaining quality communication.

  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to engage with international audiences.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
