Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Product Lead – Remote Logistics Software to drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our next-generation logistics and supply chain technology platforms. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap definition to delivery and post-launch optimization. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, operations, and commercial teams to ensure our logistics software products deliver measurable business impact and exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for logistics and supply chain software solutions.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical product specifications and user stories.

• Act as the primary bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

• Lead product discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Monitor KPIs, system performance, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure product alignment with security, compliance, and data governance standards.

• Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and internal training initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong background in product management within SaaS, logistics, or enterprise software environments.

• Solid technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

• Proven ability to define product requirements and manage complex technical roadmaps.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

• 6–10+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership roles.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale logistics, supply chain, or operations platforms.

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly preferred.

• Prior exposure to enterprise clients and B2B software products is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote role.

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for global stakeholder collaboration.

• Occasional participation in virtual meetings across multiple time zones.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, order management, and last-mile delivery.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong attention to technical detail.
