Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst – Remote Data Visuals to join our growing data and analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through compelling dashboards, reports, and visual analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and uncover growth opportunities using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.

• Translate business requirements into meaningful data visualizations and KPIs.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.

• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows for efficiency.

• Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.

• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

• Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for advanced analysis.

• Knowledge of statistical concepts and business analytics.

• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role.

• Proven experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate or tech environment is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with global business operations (flexible time zones).

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
