Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Architect – Remote Cloud Infrastructure to lead the design and evolution of our next-generation cloud-based platforms. As a Senior Software Architect, you will work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end cloud architecture for enterprise-grade applications and platforms.

• Define architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for cloud-native systems.

• Lead technical decision-making across multiple engineering teams and projects.

• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud systems.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.

• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, providing architectural guidance and technical leadership.

• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimizations.

• Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Deep understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.

• Proficiency in system design, distributed systems, and API-driven architectures.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).

• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.

• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C#.

• Strong understanding of security principles, identity management, and cloud governance.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture.

• 4+ years in a senior or lead architectural role.

• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale cloud platforms.

• Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams is highly desirable.
