Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Remote Customer Relations Administrator to support our US Insurance operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication between customers, insurance agents, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a consistently high level of service while working in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned with US insurance standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding insurance-related queries and requests.
Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems.
Assist customers with policy information, claims status, renewals, and documentation.
Coordinate with insurance agents and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with US insurance regulations and company policies.
Prepare reports, track service metrics, and escalate complex cases when required.
Provide consistent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive customer data responsibly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Familiarity with US insurance processes is a strong advantage.
1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer relations, or administrative roles.
Prior experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry is preferred.
Experience working with international clients, especially US-based customers, is a plus.
