Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner – Remote Agile Banking Innovation to lead the development of next-generation digital banking solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial services and agile product management, who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.

As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and end-users. You will own the product vision, manage the product backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-impact digital banking products that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.

• Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (business, compliance, operations, technology) to gather and prioritize requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact between development teams and business users.

• Ensure that delivered solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards in the banking domain.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product metrics to continuously improve product performance.

• Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and user adoption initiatives.

• Ensure alignment between business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Solid understanding of digital banking, fintech platforms, or financial services ecosystems.

• Proficiency in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Understanding of API-based architectures, cloud platforms, and modern digital systems.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking is a strong advantage.

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in product management or product ownership roles.

• At least 2–3 years of experience working in banking, fintech, or financial technology projects.

• Proven track record of delivering digital products using Agile methodologies.

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote role.

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for collaboration with global teams.

• Occasional participation in virtual meetings across different time zones.
