Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our remote creative agency team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who is passionate about transforming ideas into engaging motion content across digital platforms. You will work on diverse client projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, social media, product explainers, and corporate presentations.

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with creative directors, graphic designers, video editors, and marketing strategists to deliver compelling visual experiences that align with brand identities and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital media.

• Create animations for marketing videos, advertisements, social media, websites, and presentations.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards and visual concepts.

• Edit and animate video content, including typography, icons, and illustrations.

• Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all projects.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients effectively.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and animation techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in motion design and animation principles.

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

• Experience with video editing, compositing, and visual effects.

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

• Ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual content.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics or video design.

• Proven portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation projects.

• Experience working with agency clients or digital marketing teams is a strong advantage.
