Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Legal Paralegal to support our intellectual property (IP) and compliance teams. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in technology law, corporate compliance, and intellectual property management. The successful candidate will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our legal team in protecting the companys technological innovations globally. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic, international legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing agreements, and other intellectual property matters.

• Conduct research on IP laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

• Support the legal team in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements with vendors, partners, and clients.

• Maintain organized IP and compliance records, including documentation, correspondence, and reporting.

• Monitor and track deadlines for filings, renewals, and compliance obligations.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including R&D, engineering, and business units, to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.

• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders on IP and regulatory matters.

• Assist with ad hoc legal projects as assigned by the legal department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field; a certification in Paralegal Studies is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of intellectual property law, technology law, and corporate compliance.

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

• Proficient in managing legal databases, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in technology, IP, or compliance-related legal work.

• Experience working with patent and trademark filings, licensing agreements, and contract management is highly desirable.

• Prior exposure to multinational corporate environments or remote legal operations is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.

• Collaboration with teams across multiple time zones may occasionally require attendance in virtual meetings during standard business hours in different regions.
