Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly analytical and user-focused Product Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will drive product improvements by translating user insights into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX/UI Design, and Engineering, to ensure our products meet market demands and delight our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover insights, needs, and pain points.

• Analyze product usage data, market trends, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and identify opportunities for enhancements.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Track and measure product performance against KPIs and suggest actionable improvements.

• Advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle by providing evidence-based recommendations.

• Assist in testing and validating new product features to optimize user experience.

• Support cross-functional teams with insights for marketing campaigns, feature launches, and customer engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

• Hands-on experience conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex insights effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in product analysis, user research, or a related field in tech or digital products.

• Experience working remotely or with distributed teams is preferred.

• Previous exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours; overlap with US/EU time zones may be required for team collaboration.

• Occasional participation in virtual meetings, workshops, and product demos.
