Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Health Coach to join our Corporate Wellness Platform team. In this role, you will empower employees from various corporate clients to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching, holistic strategies, and evidence-based programs. You will work remotely with a flexible schedule, helping individuals improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being while contributing to the overall success of our wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual health coaching sessions with employees across corporate clients.

• Develop personalized wellness plans based on individual health assessments, goals, and preferences.

• Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed to ensure effectiveness.

• Educate clients on nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep hygiene, and other wellness topics.

• Collaborate with the internal corporate wellness team to design and implement group programs and workshops.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in compliance with privacy and data protection standards.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest health, nutrition, and wellness research to provide evidence-based guidance.

• Motivate and inspire clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve overall well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certification as a Health Coach, Wellness Coach, or related professional credential (e.g., ACE, NASM, IIN, or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of nutrition, fitness, stress management, and holistic wellness practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients virtually.

• Ability to tailor wellness programs to diverse populations and corporate environments.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

• Proficiency in virtual coaching platforms, digital health tools, and basic office software.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in health coaching, wellness programs, or related roles.

• Experience working with corporate clients, employee wellness initiatives, or virtual coaching platforms is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.

• Expected availability to cover client sessions across varying time zones, primarily during business hours.

• Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on workload.
