Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Claims Processor to join our General Insurance Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role demands accuracy, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, as you will serve as a vital link between clients, insurers, and internal teams.
Review, evaluate, and process insurance claims submitted by clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Verify claim information and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with policy terms.
Communicate with policyholders, insurance agents, and internal teams to resolve claim-related queries.
Identify potential discrepancies or fraudulent claims and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain meticulous records of claim files and updates in the claims management system.
Collaborate with the underwriting and legal teams for complex claims or litigation support.
Generate reports on claim trends, patterns, and operational metrics to support management decisions.
Strong knowledge of general insurance policies, claims procedures, and industry regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing, underwriting support, or related roles.
Experience in handling general insurance claims across multiple lines (health, motor, property, or liability) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry compliance standards is an asset.
Full-time remote role.
Flexible schedule with availability to coordinate with team members across different time zones, typically within 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM local hours.
Strong knowledge of insurance policy structures, claim assessment, and documentation requirements.
Ability to identify inconsistencies and make informed decisions quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.
