Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Community Manager – Web3 & Discord Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a digital-savvy professional who is passionate about blockchain, Web3 technologies, and building engaged online communities. The Community Manager will act as the primary liaison between our company and our online audience, cultivating strong relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring a positive and informative experience for our users across Discord, social media, and other community platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies for Discord, Telegram, and other Web3-related platforms.

• Serve as the first point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries, moderating discussions, and resolving conflicts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, influencers, and stakeholders.

• Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams.

• Organize, host, and moderate virtual events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and live discussions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with company goals and product launches.

• Analyze community engagement metrics, report trends, and recommend improvements to grow active participation.

• Stay updated on Web3 trends, NFT projects, and blockchain innovations to provide thought leadership within the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and decentralized ecosystems.

• Proven experience managing online communities, especially on Discord, Telegram, or similar platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics dashboards, and content moderation practices.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a diplomatic approach.

• Creativity in developing campaigns, engagement initiatives, and community activities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital engagement roles.

• Hands-on experience with Web3 communities, NFT projects, or blockchain startups is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of growing and managing online communities successfully.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible hours.

• Must be able to participate in key community events across different time zones, particularly during US, EU, or APAC peak hours, depending on project requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep knowledge of Discord server management, roles, bots, and moderation tools.

• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and translate them into actionable insights.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple community initiatives simultaneously.

• Adept at understanding and conveying complex Web3 concepts to community members in simple, engaging language.
