As an Inside Sales Closer, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the sales cycle, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet our clients business goals. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to maximize conversion opportunities and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls and virtual meetings to close deals.

  • Qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and present customized solutions effectively.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to influence product development.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales closer or account executive in B2B technology, SaaS, or related sectors.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.


Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven inside sales or closing experience in a technology-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Experience with remote sales operations and virtual selling techniques is highly preferred.


Working Hours

  • This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours.

  • Must be available for client calls and team meetings aligned with US or international time zones as required.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple leads and opportunities.
