Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a meticulous and proactive Remote QA Tester to join our innovative Web3 and blockchain development team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Web3 applications, smart contracts, and blockchain-related features.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of decentralized platforms and applications.

• Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and potential security vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce and resolve issues effectively.

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols in blockchain testing.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging blockchain technologies, Web3 protocols, and testing methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Familiarity with blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, etc.) and smart contract testing.

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Python, JavaScript).

• Solid understanding of Web3 technologies, including wallets, tokens, DeFi protocols, and NFTs.

• Proficiency in identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional remote teams.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in QA testing, preferably with a focus on blockchain, Web3, or decentralized applications.

• Demonstrated experience with smart contract testing and understanding of blockchain security principles.

• Proven track record of contributing to successful software or dApp launches.

Working Hours
