Global MNC Tech is seeking an exceptional Remote Personal Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to senior executives and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional capable of anticipating needs and delivering seamless administrative support from a remote setting.
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
Conduct research and provide summaries or briefings on various topics as required by executives.
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Handle personal administrative tasks for high-net-worth individuals, maintaining absolute confidentiality.
Organize events, meetings, and special projects, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and provide proactive solutions.
Maintain electronic filing systems and document management with utmost discretion.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting high-level executives.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage complex schedules.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and digital tools.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or C-level professionals.
Experience in a remote working environment is highly desirable.
Exposure to international business practices and cross-cultural communication is a plus.
Full-time, remote position.
Flexibility required to accommodate executive schedules across multiple time zones.
Occasional availability for urgent matters outside of standard business hours may be required.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
