Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Grant Researcher to support our NGO and social impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify, evaluate, and compile funding opportunities that align with our mission to drive positive social change globally. This role requires a research-savvy professional who can translate complex grant information into actionable insights for program teams, ensuring maximum funding potential and strategic alignment with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify grant opportunities from government, corporate, and private funding sources.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential grants, deadlines, and application requirements.

• Analyze eligibility criteria and assess alignment of opportunities with organizational priorities.

• Prepare concise summaries and reports for internal teams to guide funding strategies.

• Collaborate with program managers to ensure accurate and compelling grant submissions.

• Monitor trends in funding opportunities and produce recommendations for strategic development.

• Track grant deadlines and assist in the preparation of supporting documents for applications.

• Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines for grant submissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.

• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with grant databases, funding portals, and nonprofit funding landscapes.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in grant research, nonprofit development, or fundraising.

• Proven track record of successfully identifying and supporting grant applications is preferred.

• Experience in the NGO, social impact, or international development sector is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours, with the ability to meet deadlines and occasional virtual meetings across time zones.
