Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding US market team. This role is ideal for professionals with a keen understanding of real estate trends, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for identifying and securing high-potential properties. The position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US, and operates on a commission-based structure designed to reward high performance.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring real estate opportunities that align with Global MNC Techs growth strategy. This is a high-impact position for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Identify and research prospective real estate opportunities across the US market.
Conduct property evaluations, including financial analysis, market comparisons, and risk assessment.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners, brokers, and relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property owners, and industry contacts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless acquisition processes, including due diligence, documentation, and closings.
Track market trends, analyze competitors, and provide actionable insights to guide acquisition strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, property investment, or related fields.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and financial modeling abilities.
Knowledge of US real estate laws, contracts, and market dynamics.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
Familiarity with property databases, MLS systems, and acquisition software is a plus.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, or sales.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value real estate transactions.
Experience in remote work environments is preferred but not required.
Flexible, fully remote schedule.
Must be available to attend virtual meetings and respond to time-sensitive matters during US business hours (Eastern and Pacific Time zones preferred).
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without direct supervision.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Tech-savvy, capable of using virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
