Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with deep expertise in Solidity to join our innovative Web3 development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to cutting-edge blockchain projects in DeFi, NFTs, and tokenized ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity.

• Design and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and integrate them with front-end interfaces.

• Conduct thorough code audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure blockchain solutions are secure and reliable.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and architecture.

• Optimize smart contract performance and gas efficiency.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain, DeFi, and NFT ecosystems.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues for deployed smart contracts.

• Contribute to documentation, code repositories, and knowledge sharing within the development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Solidity and experience developing on Ethereum or other EVM-compatible blockchains.

• Familiarity with blockchain frameworks and tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, Web3.js, Ethers.js.

• Experience with smart contract testing and deployment workflows.

• Understanding of cryptography, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and blockchain security best practices.

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant programming languages for blockchain integration.

• Knowledge of decentralized storage solutions like IPFS or Arweave is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in blockchain development.

• Proven track record of developing and deploying live smart contracts and dApps.

• Experience with audit reports and understanding of common vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy attacks, integer overflows).

Working Hours

• Flexible remote schedule, with core collaboration hours for team meetings.

• Expected to contribute a standard 40-hour workweek, with some flexibility for global time zones.
