Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Manager specializing in Generative Search to lead our global SEO strategy. This is a remote role, offering the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies leveraging generative AI, machine learning, and traditional SEO best practices.

• Lead initiatives to optimize content for AI-driven search engines, including ChatGPT-integrated and semantic search platforms.

• Conduct thorough technical audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with content, product, and web development teams to implement SEO-friendly architecture and scalable content strategies.

• Monitor performance through analytics tools, SEO dashboards, and reporting metrics to measure impact and ROI.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging SEO technologies, AI search trends, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Mentor junior SEO specialists and provide thought leadership across the organization on generative search strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization, with a focus on generative AI search applications.

• Strong understanding of AI-powered search engines, semantic search, and natural language processing principles.

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to create actionable SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Experience

• Minimum of 7–10 years in SEO, with at least 3 years managing large-scale, international SEO campaigns.

• Demonstrated experience in generative search, AI-driven SEO, or advanced content optimization techniques.

• Track record of improving organic search performance, visibility, and conversions for enterprise-level organizations.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.

• Collaboration across multiple time zones may require occasional overlap with team members in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
