Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong focus on tech sourcing to join our dynamic global HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top technical talent across multiple geographies. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, and drive a seamless candidate experience. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to building world-class tech teams.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and IT specialists.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across diverse channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, networking events, and talent communities.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational priorities.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a high-quality shortlist of talent for consideration.
Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to streamline hiring processes, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance with global policies.
Track key recruitment metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to optimize sourcing effectiveness.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or Sourcer, ideally in a tech-focused environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles, software development, and IT landscapes.
Exceptional sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other talent platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within multinational or high-growth technology companies.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment and passive candidate sourcing.
Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
Must be able to collaborate across time zones with global teams, including occasional early morning or late evening meetings.
Deep understanding of global talent markets, particularly for tech roles.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a remote, high-performance environment with minimal supervision.
