Global MNC Tech is a fast-growing international technology organization providing innovative digital solutions to clients across multiple industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our remote support team, covering UK business hours (BST).

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of service delivery through professional communication, problem resolution, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, live chat, and phone.

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries and issues.

  • Troubleshoot customer problems and guide users through step-by-step solutions.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.

  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction (CSAT), response time, and quality KPIs.

  • Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to improve service processes.

  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product and service improvements.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, call center, or service-related roles.

  • Experience working in a remote or international team is an advantage.

  • Exposure to SaaS, tech support, or digital platforms is a plus.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and customer service aptitude are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Coverage aligned with UK Business Hours (BST).

  • Typical shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts within UK daytime hours.

  • Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
