Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and analytical Remote Instructional Designer to join our growing E-learning Content Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing engaging digital learning experiences for a global audience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and learning strategists to transform complex concepts into impactful, learner-centered training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and blended learning programs.

• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, adult learning principles) to create effective learning solutions.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate it into structured learning materials.

• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, quizzes, and learning activities.

• Use authoring tools to build SCORM/xAPI compliant courses.

• Ensure learning content aligns with business goals and learner needs.

• Conduct needs analysis and learning evaluations to measure training effectiveness.

• Update and maintain existing learning content based on feedback and performance data.

• Work closely with graphic designers, multimedia developers, and project managers.

• Ensure content meets accessibility and usability standards (WCAG, UX best practices).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of instructional design frameworks and adult learning theory.

• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or similar.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training.

• Proven portfolio of digital learning projects (corporate or academic).

• Experience designing for global or cross-cultural audiences is a plus.

• Exposure to data-driven learning analytics and performance metrics is preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role.

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration time aligned to global teams.

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
