Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Crypto Analyst to join our Remote Trading Operations team. As a Junior Crypto Analyst, you will support senior analysts and traders by monitoring crypto markets, analyzing trends, preparing reports, and assisting in the execution of trading strategies. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-time trading environments, market research tools, and risk management practices while working in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cryptocurrency markets (BTC, ETH, altcoins, DeFi, NFTs) and track price movements, volume, and volatility.

• Assist in analyzing market trends, technical indicators, and on-chain data.

• Prepare daily and weekly market reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

• Support trading operations by validating trades, maintaining logs, and ensuring data accuracy.

• Conduct research on new tokens, blockchain projects, exchanges, and market opportunities.

• Assist in risk management activities, including exposure tracking and stop-loss monitoring.

• Collaborate with senior analysts to refine trading strategies and models.

• Stay updated with global crypto news, regulations, and macroeconomic developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital finance.

• Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

• Ability to interpret charts and basic technical indicators (RSI, MACD, moving averages).

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, trading, research, or data analysis roles.

• Internships, academic projects, or personal trading experience in crypto or stock markets are highly valued.

• Prior experience with crypto exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours aligned with global trading markets.

• Some overlap with US or European market hours may be required.

• Weekend or shift-based availability may be needed during high market volatility.
