Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Remote Bookkeeper – Sage & QuickBooks Specialist to join our growing global finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a remote environment and has strong hands-on experience managing financial records using Sage and QuickBooks.
As a Remote Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across different regions and contribute to improving financial efficiency and transparency within the organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Sage and QuickBooks.
Record daily financial transactions including income, expenses, payroll, and bank entries.
Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
Support audits by preparing documentation and financial schedules.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial queries.
Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.
Proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Proven experience working with Sage and QuickBooks in a professional environment.
Experience working remotely or with international clients is an advantage.
Prior experience in multinational or tech-driven companies is a plus.
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
