Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Remote Bookkeeper – Sage & QuickBooks Specialist to join our growing global finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a remote environment and has strong hands-on experience managing financial records using Sage and QuickBooks.

As a Remote Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across different regions and contribute to improving financial efficiency and transparency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Sage and QuickBooks.

• Record daily financial transactions including income, expenses, payroll, and bank entries.

• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.

• Support audits by preparing documentation and financial schedules.

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial queries.

• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

• Proven experience working with Sage and QuickBooks in a professional environment.

• Experience working remotely or with international clients is an advantage.

• Prior experience in multinational or tech-driven companies is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
