As a Fractional Operations Lead, you will work closely with founders and leadership teams to diagnose operational challenges, design scalable frameworks, and implement best practices across people, processes, and technology. You will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that operational excellence supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic operations partner for startups and SMEs, providing fractional leadership and consulting support.

• Assess existing business processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and growth opportunities.

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks across functions such as finance, HR, sales operations, customer success, and supply chain.

• Support founders in setting KPIs, OKRs, and performance management systems.

• Lead process improvement initiatives, including documentation, automation, and standardization.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between teams and business goals.

• Support change management initiatives and operational transformations.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong background in operations management, business consulting, or general management.

• Proven ability to work with startups, SMEs, or high-growth companies.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable operational plans.

• High level of business acumen across finance, HR, and operations.

• Proficiency with modern business tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, CRM/ERP systems).

• Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, business strategy, or similar roles.

• Prior experience in a leadership role within a startup or scaling organization is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of leading operational improvements and organizational change.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different industries is a strong advantage.
