Job Summary
Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Independent CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer relationship management systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce and HubSpot. This is a fully remote, independent role designed for a strategic professional who can manage, optimize, and scale CRM platforms to support sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our CRM systems are not only well-configured but also aligned with growth objectives, customer experience goals, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, driving user adoption, and delivering actionable insights across teams.
Own the end-to-end management of Salesforce and HubSpot environments.
Design, configure, and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for performance tracking.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across all CRM records.
Implement integrations with third-party tools (email platforms, marketing automation, support systems, etc.).
Provide CRM training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal stakeholders.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Manage CRM-related projects, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM.
Proven ability to design and implement CRM workflows and automation.
Solid understanding of sales funnels, marketing pipelines, and customer lifecycle management.
Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and data synchronization tools.
Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing CRM platforms.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced digital environment is highly preferred.
Experience working as an independent consultant or freelancer is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated track record of successfully optimizing CRM systems for business growth.
