Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Remote Brand Designer with a strong focus on Visual Identity and UI Design to help shape and elevate our brand presence across all digital touchpoints. As a Brand Designer at Startup Inno, you will play a key role in defining how our brand looks, feels, and communicates with users globally. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, developers, and founders to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand identity system, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and design guidelines.

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and product launches.

• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and engaging design solutions.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product and marketing strategies.

• Conduct design research and stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging design tools.

• Prepare design systems, style guides, and documentation for internal teams.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity design and UI-focused projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), or similar.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, layout, and color theory.

• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.

• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects remotely.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in brand design, UI design, or a related role.

• Experience working with startups, SaaS products, or digital-first brands is highly preferred.

• Prior experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage.

Working Hours
