Job Summary
Startup Inno is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Project Assistant to support our digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about innovation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
As a Project Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication across stakeholders. Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring digital transformation projects.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes and action items.
Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues.
Support cross-functional teams including IT, product, marketing, and operations.
Manage project tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions.
Ensure compliance with project standards, processes, and best practices.
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Basic understanding of digital technologies and business processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
Experience working in a startup or digital environment is a plus.
Exposure to digital transformation, IT projects, or software development is desirable.
Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

Full-time role (40 hours per week).
