Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Community Manager to build, grow, and manage our global tech and developer communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and digital engagement. As a Community Manager, you will be the voice of Startup Inno across our online platforms, responsible for creating meaningful interactions, driving engagement, and fostering strong relationships within our remote tech ecosystem.

You will play a strategic role in shaping community experiences, supporting developers, founders, and tech enthusiasts, and ensuring that our community becomes a valuable hub for learning, collaboration, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and scale online communities across platforms such as Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, GitHub, and community forums.

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies aligned with Startup Innos brand and growth objectives.

  • Organize and host virtual events, AMAs, webinars, hackathons, and community meetups.

  • Moderate discussions, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive, inclusive, and respectful community environment.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and developer relations teams to gather feedback and insights from the community.

  • Create community content including newsletters, announcements, discussion prompts, and educational resources.

  • Track and report on community metrics such as engagement, retention, growth, and sentiment.

  • Identify community advocates and ambassadors and build long-term relationships with them.

  • Act as the bridge between users and internal teams, ensuring community needs are represented.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency with community platforms (Slack, Discord, Telegram, Circle, Discourse, etc.).

  • Understanding of tech ecosystems, startups, SaaS, or developer communities.

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Experience with content creation, social media, or digital engagement tools.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and community trends.

  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.


Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, developer relations, social media management, or digital engagement roles.

  • Experience working with tech startups, SaaS companies, or developer-focused platforms is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of building and growing online communities.

  • Experience in remote or distributed teams is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with overlap across global time zones.

  • Availability for occasional virtual events, webinars, or community sessions.
