Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Independent CRM Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our customer relationship management systems using Salesforce and HubSpot. This fully remote role is ideal for an experienced CRM professional who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and enjoys working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for building scalable CRM frameworks that support sales, marketing, and customer success operations. You will play a critical role in transforming customer data into actionable insights, improving customer journeys, and driving revenue growth through automation, reporting, and system integrations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of CRM platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot).

  • Design and optimize CRM architecture to support sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Configure workflows, automations, pipelines, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.

  • Integrate CRM with third-party tools (email marketing platforms, customer support tools, analytics systems, etc.).

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all CRM records.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align CRM strategy with business goals.

  • Train internal teams on CRM best practices and system usage.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and CRM enhancements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related issues and system troubleshooting.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM.

  • Solid understanding of CRM strategy, data management, and customer lifecycle processes.

  • Experience with CRM automation, workflows, and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of system integrations via APIs or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, native integrations).

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • High level of independence, ownership, and accountability.


Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a CRM Manager, CRM Consultant, or similar role.

  • Proven track record of managing CRM systems for startups or fast-growing companies.

  • Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in B2B or SaaS environments is highly preferred.

  • Salesforce or HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage.
