Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Fractional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing remote technology hub. This role is designed for a senior HR professional who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, partnering closely with leadership teams to drive people initiatives that align with business goals.
As a Fractional HRBP, you will work with multiple stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations. This is a remote, flexible engagement ideal for an HR leader who thrives in dynamic, tech-driven environments.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people and organizational matters.
Align HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and scalability.
Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession planning initiatives.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
Support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
Develop and implement performance management and employee engagement frameworks.
Advise on compensation, benefits, and talent retention strategies.
Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local and international labor laws.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve productivity and culture.
Coach managers on leadership, communication, and people management best practices.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within technology or digital organizations.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner or senior HR leadership role.
Prior experience supporting remote or distributed teams is highly preferred.
Experience working with fast-scaling tech startups or global enterprises is an advantage.
Flexible and remote-based role.
Expected commitment: 20–30 hours per week (fractional model).
Overlap with core business hours across global time zones as required.
Deep understanding of organizational design and workforce strategy.
Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement tools.
Ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Skilled in change management and leadership coaching.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to revenue and growth.
