Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Remote Telemarketers to join our growing global sales team. As a Remote Telemarketer, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into qualified sales opportunities.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
Introduce and promote company products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or close sales directly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Handle objections professionally and follow up with interested prospects.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
High level of confidence and resilience in handling rejection.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools and call systems.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.
Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
1+ year of experience in telemarketing, call center, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
