Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Grant Researcher – Arts & Social Impact to support our mission-driven initiatives across the creative, cultural, and social development sectors. This role is ideal for a research-driven professional who is passionate about social change and has a strong ability to identify, analyze, and secure funding opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and philanthropic organizations.

As a Grant Researcher, you will play a critical role in expanding our funding pipeline by proactively sourcing relevant grants, tracking funding trends, and providing strategic insights to support proposal development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, impact leads, and external partners, to ensure funding opportunities align with our organizational goals and long-term social impact strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify grant opportunities related to arts, culture, education, social innovation, and community development.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of funding opportunities, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.

• Analyze funder priorities and assess alignment with organizational programs and impact objectives.

• Prepare grant research reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.

• Support the grant writing team by providing background research, funder profiles, and trend analysis.

• Track application timelines, reporting requirements, and compliance needs.

• Monitor funding trends in the arts and social impact sectors and share strategic insights with leadership.

• Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies, foundations, and philanthropic networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

• Proficiency in online research tools, grant databases, and CRM systems.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Arts Management, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in grant research, nonprofit development, fundraising, or impact-driven roles.

• Experience working with NGOs, cultural institutions, social enterprises, or philanthropic organizations is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Flexible working hours with core availability aligned to global collaboration needs.

• Approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on project requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth understanding of the global funding landscape for arts and social impact.

• Knowledge of public and private funding mechanisms, including foundations, trusts, and government grants.

• Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
