Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Grant Researcher – Arts & Social Impact to support our mission-driven initiatives across the creative, cultural, and social development sectors. This role is ideal for a research-driven professional who is passionate about social change and has a strong ability to identify, analyze, and secure funding opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and philanthropic organizations.
As a Grant Researcher, you will play a critical role in expanding our funding pipeline by proactively sourcing relevant grants, tracking funding trends, and providing strategic insights to support proposal development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, impact leads, and external partners, to ensure funding opportunities align with our organizational goals and long-term social impact strategy.
Conduct comprehensive research to identify grant opportunities related to arts, culture, education, social innovation, and community development.
Maintain an up-to-date database of funding opportunities, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
Analyze funder priorities and assess alignment with organizational programs and impact objectives.
Prepare grant research reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Support the grant writing team by providing background research, funder profiles, and trend analysis.
Track application timelines, reporting requirements, and compliance needs.
Monitor funding trends in the arts and social impact sectors and share strategic insights with leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies, foundations, and philanthropic networks.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Proficiency in online research tools, grant databases, and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Passion for arts, culture, and social impact initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Arts Management, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in grant research, nonprofit development, fundraising, or impact-driven roles.
Experience working with NGOs, cultural institutions, social enterprises, or philanthropic organizations is highly desirable.
Fully remote position.

Approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on project requirements.
In-depth understanding of the global funding landscape for arts and social impact.
Knowledge of public and private funding mechanisms, including foundations, trusts, and government grants.
Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
