Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical AI Training Specialist – Data Annotation & Labeling to support the development and continuous improvement of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models. In this role, you will play a critical part in preparing high-quality training data by annotating, labeling, and validating large datasets used to train AI systems across various domains such as natural language processing, computer vision, speech recognition, and predictive analytics.

As an AI Training Specialist, you will collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to ensure that datasets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data annotation and labeling for text, image, audio, and video datasets.

• Apply annotation guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality outputs.

• Review, validate, and correct labeled data to maintain accuracy and reliability.

• Identify data inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential quality issues.

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to refine labeling strategies and improve workflows.

• Use annotation tools and platforms efficiently to manage large volumes of data.

• Participate in quality assurance processes and peer reviews.

• Provide feedback to improve annotation guidelines and processes.

• Maintain documentation of labeling standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.

• Proficiency in using computers and web-based tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in data annotation, data analysis, QA, or a related role.

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and interest in AI are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience with annotation tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, Prodigy, or similar platforms) is an advantage.

• Experience working with structured or unstructured datasets is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
