Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Remote Instructional Designer – Corporate E-learning to join our global learning and development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact digital learning experiences for corporate professionals across diverse industries.

You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR leaders, and business stakeholders to translate complex information into engaging, learner-centered content. This position is ideal for a learning professional who is passionate about adult education, instructional technology, and innovative learning strategies in a remote-first environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end corporate e-learning programs, including onboarding, compliance, leadership, and technical training.

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and performance gap assessments with business stakeholders.

  • Create engaging instructional materials such as storyboards, scripts, simulations, videos, assessments, and interactive modules.

  • Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick, etc.) to ensure effective learning outcomes.

  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and relevance.

  • Use authoring tools to build SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses for LMS platforms.

  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, analytics, and learner feedback.

  • Continuously improve learning content based on data and evolving business needs.

  • Ensure content meets accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG, inclusive learning).


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and corporate training methodologies.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or Docebo.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to design visually appealing and engaging learning content.

  • Knowledge of assessment design, learning analytics, and evaluation techniques.


Experience

  • 3–7 years of professional experience in instructional design, learning & development, or corporate training.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital learning programs.

  • Experience working in a global or multinational corporate environment is a strong advantage.

  • Portfolio of e-learning projects or learning solutions is highly preferred.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Standard working hours aligned with business needs (flexible scheduling available).

  • Occasional overlap with global teams across different time zones may be required.
