Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representatives with fluency in one or more Asian languages to join our growing global support team. This is a fully remote position designed for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences across international markets.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate support through multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social platforms. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing Global MNC Techs values of innovation, reliability, and excellence.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English and at least one Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, etc.).
Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient support via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, accounts, and technical queries.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.
Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation.
Fluency in English and at least one Asian language (spoken and written).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or support tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred.
Experience in international or multicultural customer support is a strong advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong language skills and a customer-focused attitude are welcome to apply.
