Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Remote Legal Paralegal – Property & Title Specialist to support our legal and real estate operations. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional with strong experience in property law, title searches, and real estate documentation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across property transactions and title processes, while working closely with attorneys, real estate professionals, and internal stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

As a key contributor to our legal team, you will manage property-related documentation, conduct in-depth title research, and ensure that all transactions align with legal and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive title searches and analyze title reports to identify liens, encumbrances, and legal risks.

  • Prepare, review, and manage legal documents related to property transactions, including deeds, leases, contracts, and closing statements.

  • Assist attorneys with real estate closings, property acquisitions, and due diligence processes.

  • Maintain and organize property records, legal files, and compliance documentation in digital systems.

  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, real estate agents, and government offices.

  • Track deadlines, filings, and legal requirements related to property matters.

  • Research property laws, zoning regulations, and land use policies.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations.

  • Support dispute resolution and litigation preparation related to property or title issues.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of property law, title insurance, and real estate procedures.

  • Excellent legal research and document drafting skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to interpret complex legal and property documents.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a remote environment.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Legal Paralegal, with a strong focus on real estate or property law.

  • Proven experience conducting title searches and handling property-related legal documentation.

  • Prior experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or real estate company is highly preferred.

  • Remote work experience is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on project requirements.

  • Occasional overlap with international teams may be required.
