Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly strategic and data-driven SaaS Revenue Lead to drive sustainable growth, customer retention, and revenue optimization across our global product portfolio. This fully remote role is ideal for a seasoned revenue professional who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing, customer success, and product strategy.
As the SaaS Revenue Lead, you will own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to expansion and renewal. You will be responsible for building scalable revenue systems, improving customer lifetime value (CLTV), reducing churn, and enabling cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets in competitive SaaS markets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth and retention strategy aligned with company objectives.
Own key SaaS revenue metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion, and net revenue retention.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the entire customer journey.
Design and manage pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
Implement data-driven forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting frameworks.
Lead initiatives to improve onboarding, product adoption, upselling, and cross-selling.
Identify churn risks and implement proactive retention programs.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
Build scalable processes, playbooks, and revenue operations models.
Present revenue insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Strong expertise in SaaS business models and subscription economics.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep understanding of revenue operations (RevOps).
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau).
Experience with customer success platforms and lifecycle marketing tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
6+ years of experience in SaaS revenue, growth, sales operations, or customer success leadership roles.
Proven track record of driving ARR growth and improving retention metrics.
Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed or enterprise SaaS environments.
Prior experience managing cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
