Global MNC Tech, a leading multinational in innovative software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our commercial SaaS sales team. This role is designed for a results-driven sales professional passionate about driving business growth by building strong client relationships, understanding market needs, and delivering tailored software solutions. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with global clients across multiple industries.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within assigned commercial accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
Present, demonstrate, and articulate the value of our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and client requirements to inform product and marketing strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably in commercial software or technology solutions.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, account management, and solution selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in the technology/software sector.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working in remote or distributed team environments is highly desirable.
Full-time, flexible remote schedule.
Must be able to work within standard business hours in alignment with client time zones.
Deep understanding of commercial SaaS solutions and their business impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
