Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, engaging digital content across multiple channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and website content.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives.

  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies, improve engagement, and drive conversions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools to enhance content effectiveness.

  • Manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in B2B content marketing, digital growth, or sales enablement content creation.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to business audiences.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and digital analytics tools.

  • Ability to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling, and actionable content.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing roles.

  • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.

  • Experience creating content that drives lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote, flexible working hours to accommodate global team collaboration.

  • Expected commitment: 40 hours per week with occasional alignment meetings across time zones.
