Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and creative Remote Digital Growth Content Specialist to drive our B2B sales initiatives through engaging, strategic, and high-impact content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment and has a deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and the B2B sales ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping our brand narrative, generating leads, and supporting sales growth through compelling content that resonates with decision-makers.
Develop, implement, and optimize content strategies that align with B2B sales goals and revenue targets.
Create high-quality, engaging digital content across multiple channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools to enhance content effectiveness.
Manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
Support thought leadership initiatives and brand storytelling that position Global MNC Tech as an industry leader.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B content marketing, digital growth, or sales enablement content creation.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to business audiences.
Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and digital analytics tools.
Ability to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling, and actionable content.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing roles.
Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
Experience creating content that drives lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
Fully remote, flexible working hours to accommodate global team collaboration.
Expected commitment: 40 hours per week with occasional alignment meetings across time zones.
Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and ROI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and experiment with new content approaches.
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas to tailor content effectively.
Proficiency in digital tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
