Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote E-commerce Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage our end-to-end logistics operations across global markets. This role is crucial in ensuring that our international e-commerce supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade regulations, shipping processes, and cross-border e-commerce logistics, and will thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage global e-commerce shipments, including order fulfillment, inventory distribution, and delivery tracking.

• Collaborate with international freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Monitor and optimize logistics workflows to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and import/export procedures.

• Maintain accurate logistics records, prepare shipping reports, and analyze key performance metrics.

• Resolve shipping and delivery issues promptly, proactively identifying potential risks in the supply chain.

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in e-commerce logistics processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of global trade, customs regulations, and international shipping processes.

• Proficiency in logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay).

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with international partners and internal teams.

• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain coordination, or international shipping.

• Prior experience managing cross-border shipments and working with global logistics partners is highly desirable.

• Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, and process optimization in a logistics setting.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.

• Must be able to coordinate across multiple time zones for international shipping partners.
