Job Summary:

As a Technical Recruiter at Global MNC Tech, you will play a critical role in shaping our technical workforce and contributing to the companys growth and technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, job requirements, and team culture.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates in AI, Fintech, and related technical fields.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, social media, and industry-specific channels.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Track recruitment metrics, provide insights to improve processes, and contribute to talent acquisition strategy.

• Stay current with trends in AI, Fintech, and the broader technology landscape to attract top-tier talent.

• Promote Global MNC Techs employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally in AI, Fintech, or software engineering roles.

• Strong understanding of technical roles, software development processes, and emerging technologies.

• Excellent sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other talent platforms.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in multinational or high-growth technology companies.

• Experience sourcing and recruiting for AI, machine learning, data science, and Fintech roles is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• Remote, flexible working hours with occasional coordination across global time zones.

• Ability to attend virtual meetings during standard business hours in collaboration with international teams.
