Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and innovative E-learning Content Developer to join our corporate education team remotely. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance engaging e-learning programs that empower employees across multiple business units. The E-learning Content Developer will collaborate with subject matter experts, HR, and training teams to translate corporate learning objectives into interactive online content. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learning assets aligned with corporate objectives.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and translate them into engaging learning experiences.

• Implement instructional design principles to ensure content is pedagogically sound, visually appealing, and learner-centric.

• Conduct quality checks and revisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of learning materials.

• Manage learning projects from concept through delivery, including timelines, reviews, and feedback incorporation.

• Stay updated with emerging e-learning technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content delivery.

• Maintain and organize digital learning libraries, ensuring easy access and tracking of training modules.

• Analyze learner feedback and performance data to refine and improve e-learning programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or Moodle.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Creative mindset with an eye for design, multimedia integration, and storytelling.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and best practices in corporate training.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-learning content development or instructional design, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.

• Proven track record of creating engaging digital learning experiences for diverse employee populations.

• Experience in designing compliance, soft skills, technical, or leadership development modules is a plus.

Working Hours

• This is a remote position with flexible working hours aligned with global corporate schedules.

• Occasional coordination with teams across different time zones may be required.
