Job Summary

Global MNC Tech, a leading multinational technology company, is seeking a creative and highly skilled Remote Web Designer – Framer/Webflow Specialist to join our dynamic digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling, user-friendly, and highly responsive websites and web applications using Framer and Webflow. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to transform concepts into seamless digital experiences that align with the companys brand identity and strategic objectives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites and interactive web experiences using Framer and Webflow.

• Translate UX/UI wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into functional, high-performance websites.

• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital assets.

• Optimize website performance, including loading speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, front-end developers, and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics insights.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in web design and development.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Framer/Webflow implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Framer and Webflow, including CMS integration and animations.

• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.

• Familiarity with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a remote team environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a web designer or front-end designer, preferably with exposure to Framer and Webflow.

• Proven portfolio showcasing responsive websites, interactive prototypes, and modern web design projects.

• Experience working in a remote, multicultural, or global team environment is highly desirable.

Working Hours
