In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-quality B2B technology prospects to support our sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads, using modern tools and strategies to maximize outreach efficiency. Conduct targeted research to identify potential B2B clients in the technology sector.
Utilize CRM tools and lead generation platforms to manage and track prospect information.
Engage with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to qualify leads.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with business goals.
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
Assist in the creation of outreach scripts, email templates, and promotional materials.
Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of B2B technology markets and decision-making processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in B2B lead generation or sales development.
Experience with remote work and collaborating across time zones is highly desirable.
Familiarity with SaaS, IT services, or technology solution sales is a plus.
Full-time remote position with flexible hours.
Some overlap with US, UK, or European time zones may be required depending on client engagement.
