Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead Media Buyer with a passion for creative digital marketing and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) growth. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end media buying strategies across paid channels, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and collaborate with creative and analytics teams to drive scalable customer acquisition. Develop, execute, and manage high-performing media buying strategies across paid social, programmatic, and performance marketing channels.
Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV.
Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for D2C audiences.
Manage media budgets efficiently and scale campaigns while ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
Mentor and guide junior media buyers and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Report on campaign performance, market insights, and optimization strategies to senior leadership.
Proven experience in media buying for D2C brands, preferably in e-commerce, subscription, or consumer goods.
Expertise in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad tracking platforms.
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and creative testing.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with minimal supervision.
Minimum of 5+ years in digital media buying, performance marketing, or related roles.
Demonstrated track record of scaling D2C campaigns with measurable ROI.
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with budgets exceeding $50,000/month is highly preferred.
Full-time, remote role.
