Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking passionate and dynamic Remote Online English Teachers to provide 1-on-1 English lessons to children through our LingoAce platform. The ideal candidate will inspire young learners, enhance their language skills, and foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive, personalized 1-on-1 English lessons for children aged 4–12.

• Utilize LingoAces digital teaching tools and curriculum to deliver structured lessons.

• Assess students learning progress and provide constructive feedback to support language development.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners, ensuring engagement and comprehension.

• Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and student performance.

• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students progress and areas for improvement.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date with best teaching practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (native or near-native level).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young learners.

• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with online teaching platforms and video conferencing tools.

• Ability to create an interactive and positive learning environment.

• Patience, creativity, and adaptability to different learning styles.

Experience

• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience teaching children or in an educational setting is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms or digital tools is advantageous.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule, with peak hours typically in the morning or evening depending on student location.

• Must be available for a minimum of 10–20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours based on demand.

• Fully remote, allowing work from home or any suitable location with a stable internet connection.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of child development and language acquisition.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students and lesson plans.

• Ability to engage students through interactive activities, games, and multimedia content.
