Global MNC Tech, a leading multinational technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Remote Payroll Specialist to manage and execute payroll operations across multiple countries. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to local statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multi-country payroll systems, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to solving payroll challenges in a dynamic global environment.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes for employees in multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
Prepare payroll schedules, process salary payments, deductions, and reimbursements accurately.
Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and local payroll vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, social security contributions, and statutory reporting requirements.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, finance, and statutory authorities.
Support audits and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on global payroll regulations, trends, and best practices.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll systems, laws, and compliance requirements.
Experience with payroll software such as ADP, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage competing priorities.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-country or multinational environment.
Experience managing payroll for at least 2–5 countries is highly desirable.
Familiarity with global HR policies, statutory compliance, and payroll reporting requirements.
Full-time, remote role with flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones.
Must be able to coordinate with regional teams and vendors across global locations.
Comprehensive understanding of payroll principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Advanced Excel and payroll reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.
