Global MNC Tech is seeking a proactive and people-focused Remote HR Generalist to support and strengthen our remote-first culture across global teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our employees feel engaged, supported, and aligned with company values, regardless of location. The HR Generalist will manage end-to-end HR operations, act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, and help drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, HR policies, and people-related queries.
Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with remote-first best practices.
Facilitate virtual onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention programs across distributed teams.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in different regions.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in HR systems.
Support learning and development initiatives and coordinate training programs.
Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, ATS tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships remotely.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
3–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Prior experience supporting global or multi-cultural teams is a strong advantage.
Experience in tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments is preferred.
Full-time, remote role.
